Concert of the Austrian Ensemble of the Vienna „United Europe Orchester“ 5 Austrian participants: Martin Rotter — Flute, Elena Rosanova — Violin, Jacqueline Kopacinski — Viola, Lilyana Hussen — Violoncello, Katerina Nokkert — Piano The „United Europe Orchester“: The Vienna Ensemble is made up of 33 musicians from all over Europe (Austria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Italy, Germany, Slovakia) whose artistic creative center is located in Vienna. In 2018 the orchestra celebrates ist 10th anniversary. In the last 4 years this orchestra has performed around 450 concerts all over Austria. The orchestra performs in the chamber music versions as well as in large cast with famous soloists (amongst others with Paul Badura-Skoda, Benjamin Schmid, Natalia Ushakova, under the direction of Karolos Trikolidis, Johannes Wildner, Ralf Kircher). The ensemble mainly plays Viennese classical music. For the last 8 years, the ensemble has also been a member of the “Orchesterwelt” chamber orchestra. “Orchesterwelt” presents world premieres by contemporary composers. Founded by Regina Schmallegger, Wolfram Wagner and Walter Baco this structure is probably unique in Austria, maybe even throughout Europe. Instrumentalists and composers act as equal partners and are in constant dialogue. The goal: an optimally playable work, an optimal concert experience, beyond all fashions: neither dusty nor pseudo-avant-garde. New and audible - audibly new. A professional claim and the joy of making music are clearly noticeable in the center.
