Artists: Per Dybvig, Ivan Razumov

Drawing is possibly the most intimate artistic media, and the more when an artist is using as a private documentary of a journey or as a diary.

We discover in this exhibition Moscow from two very different approaches:

  1. Norwegian Artist Per Dybvig documenting his time as resident of Multimedia Art Museum. His Moscow Drawings have been published by Christine Koenig Gallery Vienna as a book: “The Moscow Drawing Book” will be presented in Moscow for the first time.
  2. Moscow based Artist Ivan Razumov gives an insight in his private drawing diaries which have never been shown in public before.

The approaches and perspectives will be very different, as different as the foreigner´s  view on a city differs from one who passes his everyday life in that place and at the same time the approaches and perspectives will be very close, in terms of intimacy of both formats, in terms of the fragility of the pencil´s line, in terms of the point of view of everyday life by two sharp eyed artistic personalities.
