SCHAG-5
"SCHAG" - an acronym from the words Switzerland, Austria and Germany - is a series of Russian translations of dramatic art in German language. The project was implemented by the Goethe-Institute in Moscow together with the Swiss Cultural Foundation Pro Helvetia and the Austrian Cultural Forum. This anthology comprises ten pieces of contemporary playwrights; among them are in Russia already well-known authors as well as young authors who have already attracted a bit of attention. During the presentation of the anthology scenic readings of three pieces are presented, including also a piece by Volker Schmidt.
