IX. Vienne music film festival in Jekaterinburg

It is the biggest annual cultural project in the Russian regions. The project took place in the format of the Vienna City Hall Film Festival. Cooperation partners are the Austrian Honorary Consulate Yekaterinburg, the Austrian Cultural Forum Moscow and International Music and Media Center (IMZ) (the last one mentioned contributes to the programme). Founded in 2010, the annual festival has become a fixed element in the cultural program of the city and pulls thousands music lovers over a month. For the opening of the festival 2018, a live concert Overtone String Octet was organized. The Overtone String Octet started his artistic activities in October 2015. Since then, the young musicians invest a lot of time, enthusiasm and energy to prepare themselves to be able to hold concerts at a high artistic level. The ensemble consists of eight young professional strings, who met in Graz, the capital of Styria Through their studies at the Art University Graz.
